CEO – Christopher Kinney
Chris Kinney is an Olympian in the sport of bobsled and a dedicated leader in international sport. With nearly a decade of experience across the Olympic and Paralympic movements, he has contributed to athlete representation, governance, and major sporting events worldwide. Chris has served with the International Paralympic Committee, World Athletics, FISU Games, and Team USA, bringing expertise in athlete engagement, sport services, and non-profit governance.
Beyond competition, he has held leadership roles on the USA Bobsled & Skeleton Board of Directors and the Team USA Athletes’ Commission, where he champions athlete rights, governance reform, and organizational strategy. His event operations background includes managing stakeholder experiences at the FISU World University Games, supporting global championships with World Athletics, and advancing athlete education through WADA.
As an Olympian and advocate, Chris blends high-performance sport experience with a passion for empowering athletes and building sustainable sport systems on and off the field of play.

Director – Joel Seligstein
Joel Seligstein is an experienced software engineer, management coach, and investor with decades of experience running teams and advising companies. He spent seven years racing skeleton internationally, developing training plans and building custom equipment.
Joel has served on multiple startup boards as well as advisory boards for the Engineering Department at the University of Tennessee and Henry S. Jacobs Camp. As a former athlete and mentor, he is excited to bring a depth of skills to future athletes.
